YWCA Greater Memphis is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

For over 100 years, we have helped women, girls, and families in West Tennessee build safer, more self-sufficient lives. We do this by operating the only 24-hour emergency shelter for those impacted by domestic violence in Shelby County. We also offer job training and financial literacy programs which help break the cycle of poverty. Our programs impact thousands each year.
