Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc is a non-profit organization established in 2002 and in 2007 they obtained their 501c3 status and expanded their focus to provide holistic family services to combat Hunger and Homelessness, Domestic Abuse, Alcohol and/or Drug Abuse, Mental Illness, a Re-Entry Program servicing Men and Women, an Anti-Bullying Youth Program, and other holistic family services.
